FACTORS OF EXCELLENCE
Foreasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation (Daniel 5:12).
In this world, people are celebrated because of something unique they have done in the past or are doing now. Some actors are celebrated because of the unique characters they assume in movies. Some musicians are celebrated because of the songs they produce for the world. Likewise, some scientists are celebrated because of their inventions. The world is always ready to celebrate excellent achievers and achievements. Do you want to be celebrated? We are going to discuss some factors of excellence.
First and foremost, identify the unique character(s) God has deposited in you. Everybody on this earth is gifted with something unique. These unique character(s) are things you usually do effortlessly which attract admiration from people around you. You may want to improve your unique character(s) through recommended means such as undergoing special training or reading more information. It will be great if you have a mentor to guide you.
Always defy all odds or oppositions to your unique character(s). In this world, good things don’t come so easily. Consciously have the drive for excellence and keep focused on your dream. Let space be your limit instead of the sky! The celebrities of today have their own stories to tell about how they had to stand firm to defeat obstacles that came their way. Sometimes you may have to discuss your dream with trusted people for support to surmount all odds or opposition but this must be done cautiously.
Invest your time and other resources to develop your unique character(s). Like they say, time is money therefore it matters how you appropriate your time to enable you develop your unique character(s) and benefit society. Your successful future is hidden in your daily routines. Consistently improve on your unique character(s). Love what you do and do what will make a positive impact on society.
Above all, don’t forget the God factor. The God factor matters in everybody’s life. Excellence beyond comprehension is delivered by the spirit of God. From the scripture above, Daniel was distinguished because of the spirit of God in him. He could foretell the future and interpret dreams which ordinary people could not do. There is always an unseen hand that directs our life as to what to do right and be successful. Get intimate with God and you will never regret it. With God, you can discover more about your unique character(s). Without God, you can achieve something but with God, you can achieve much more than the world can comprehend. These factors of excellence are so important for the child of God.
